The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patryk clinches up against the cage.
Hallmann throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Patryk throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hallmann's waist but Hallmann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Patryk off to one side.

Patryk tries to close the distance and clinch but Hallmann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Hallmann throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Patryk stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Patryk shoots for a double leg takedown but Hallmann sprawls well. He's pushed Patryk's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Hallmann! But no joy.
Patryk is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hallmann.

Patryk tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hallmann sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Patryk somewhat.
Patryk closes the distance and clinches up with Hallmann, looking for a takedown. Patryk pushes Hallmann against the cage but Hallmann circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hallmann leaves Patryk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hallmann will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nice uppercut lands for Hallmann. That snapped Patryk's head back.
Hallmann lands with a right that hurts Patryk. Patryk looks to clinch but Hallmann throws a short knee that drops Patryk. This one is all over!
