Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Elgin Turner (ranked 1547 p4p, 243 weight class) and John Chester (ranked 4998 p4p, 633 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Turner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to wu-tang clan - da mystery of chessboxin'. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turner lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Chester takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Chester throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Turner's waist but Turner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chester off to one side.

Elgin Turner spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
