Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Da Wrestler Killa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Macon Sackett!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Killa swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sackett.
Killa works over Sackett's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Macon Sackett has been cut.
Sackett throws a body shot but no joy.
Killa misses with a few strikes there.
Killa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Killa throws a right hand that Sackett ducks under and follows up with a left that Sackett also avoids with ease.
Sackett has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Sackett feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Killa's calf.
Sackett avoids the head kick by Killa.

Killa tries to keep at a distance but Sackett has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sackett lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Killa backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Killa tries to circle away but Sackett has him pinned against the cage.
Sackett softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.

Sackett swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Killa tries to break free but Sackett pushes him back against the cage.
Killa jumps guard but Sackett stands there with Killa around his waist. Killa gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Sackett fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Sackett makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Killa's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Killa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sackett.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sackett.
Crunch! Killa slams his shin into Sackett's torso.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Killa blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Sackett lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sackett lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Killa backwards.
Killa tries to pull guard but Sackett holds him up against the cage and eventually Killa drops back down to his feet.

Killa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That kick from Sackett tenderised Killa's leg. Killa is trying to keep his angry face on.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Killa throws a right hand that Sackett ducks under and follows up with a left that Sackett also avoids with ease.
Killa is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Sackett connects with a body shot that sends Killa's belly button to the back.
Killa misses with a lunging right hand

and Sackett counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Sackett misses with a short punch on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Killa's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sackett works on Killa's body with a couple of short punches.
Sackett lands a shoulder strike.
Sackett lands with a light punch inside.


It looks like Da Wrestler Killa has been cut.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sackett lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Killa backwards.
Killa blocks an uppercut.
Sackett lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Killa wants to take the fight to the mat but Sackett manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Da Wrestler Killa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sackett working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Sackett lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Killa or not.
Sackett creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Killa's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Killa drops to his knees and Sackett pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Macon Sackett!
During a confident post fight interview, Macon Sackett thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
