PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Murdock (ranked 4567 p4p, 73 weight class) and Murhaas Jo (ranked 2944 p4p, 47 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Murdock gets a clinch.
Murdock tries to throw a body punch but Jo avoids it by throwing Murdock back against the cage.
Murdock has had enough of the clinch but Jo keeps him there for the moment.
Jo blocks an uppercut.
Jo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Murdock backwards.
Jo blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Murdock's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Murdock moves out of range as Jo throws a body kick.
Jo scores with a jab.
Jo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Jo drops Murdock with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Murdock looks back up at him and smiles so Jo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Tank Murdock has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Murdock wants to clinch but Jo slips to the side
and Jo counters with a crisp right that sends Murdock to the canvas! Jo follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
