Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Brown (ranked 5032 p4p, 457 weight class) and Conor Tiernan (ranked 2927 p4p, 286 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brown might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Living in America. Tiernan has chosen Tartanic - Unavoidable - 09 BAllZ/Ringworm as his entrance music. Conor Tiernan has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiernan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Good exchange - Tiernan coming out on top.
Brown keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Tiernan throws a shot from downtown. Brown moves away and avoids it.
Brown tries to counter with a takedown but Tiernan is quick to defend against it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tiernan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Tiernan's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Tiernan is looking to cinch up a triangle. Brown throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Tiernan's body to avoid the submission. Tiernan has instead reached around Brown's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Tiernan arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
