Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Maksim Semenov (ranked 6510 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lennox Zelaya (ranked 5829 p4p, 0 weight class). Zelaya has chosen Turn Down For What as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Lennox Zelaya acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maksim Semenov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lennox Zelaya!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Semenov rushes Zelaya and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Zelaya keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Semenov's efforts to push away.
Zelaya has Semenov pressed against the cage, preventing Semenov from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Semenov wants to get back to striking at distance but Zelaya won't allow it.

Semenov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Semenov bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Zelaya's head.

Semenov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zelaya to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Semenov kicks Zelaya off and gets to his feet.
Semenov works over Zelaya's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Lennox Zelaya has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Zelaya gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Semenov tries to circle away but Zelaya has him pinned against the cage.

Zelaya escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Semenov throws a right hand that Zelaya ducks under and follows up with a left that Zelaya also avoids with ease.
Zelaya ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Semenov moves away.
Semenov misses with a few strikes there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Semenov swinging wildly here.
Semenov throws a low kick, looking for Zelaya's leg but Zelaya calmly moves out of range.
Zelaya appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Semenov tried to score with a low kick but Zelaya checks it.
Zelaya is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Semenov lands a left and a right that send Zelaya crashing to the mat, dazed. Semenov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Zelaya is rocked!
Semenov slaps away a takedown attempt from Zelaya, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Zelaya is still on wobbly legs! Can Semenov finish him?
Zelaya has his takedown stuffed
and Semenov counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
