The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andenowski misses with an uppercut. Finyard saw that one coming.
Andenowski leaves Finyard with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Finyard lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Andenowski misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Finyard.
Andenowski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Andenowski takes a swing at Finyard's ribcage but misses.
Finyard throws a head kick that half lands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Finyard shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Andenowski manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Finyard thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Finyard working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Finyard is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Finyard is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Andenowski is surviving well by controlling Finyard's body position as best he can.
Finyard sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Finyard cracks Andenowski with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
BOOM! Finyard connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Finyard lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
