The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Nelson.
Nelson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Nelson throws a push kick but Glavas slaps the foot to one side.
Nelson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Glavas has time to react.
Azumah Nelson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nelson lands a right hook to the body.
Glavas drops his hands momentarily and Nelson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Glavas lands a right hook to the body.
Nelson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
An attempted straight right counter from Glavas misses the target.
Nelson looks to land a combination. Glavas sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Nelson lands a left and a right that send Glavas crashing to the mat, dazed. Nelson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Glavas is rocked!

It looks like Domagoj Glavas has been cut.
Glavas seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Glavas gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Nelson gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Glavas is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
