Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Alb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and zill zakman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). zill zakman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
zakman clinches up against the cage.
Alb can't get the takedown.
Alb pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
zakman has managed to clinch.
zakman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Alb fails with a takedown attempt.
Alb wants to clinch but zakman slips to the side
and zakman counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by zakman.
zakman trying to stand up but can't free himself from Alb's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Alb wants to sweep here but zakman controlling him for the moment.
Alb is trying to keep zakman in close.
zakman is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Alb looking to hit a scissor sweep but zakman is one step ahead there.

zakman looks gassed!
zakman pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alb is keeping the position for now.
Alb is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
zakman throws a big shot that misses.
Alb uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by zakman.
The fighters circling - zakman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
zill zakman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Alb has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. zakman avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Alb fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Alb is fighting off a takedown attempt but zakman is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Alb to the mat. Alb regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

zakman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
zakman wants to control from the top but Alb keeps moving.
zakman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Alb is trying to control the position but zakman postures up.
Alb had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. zakman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Alb Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take zakman's back instead.
Alb is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged zakman with him. zakman is trying to defend but Alb has an arm under the chin now! zakman grimaces and is forced to tap out!
