The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montezuma fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Dzoker shoots in but Montezuma avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dzoker goes for a double leg but Montezuma avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Montezuma continues to drive forward.

It looks like Dzoko Dzoker has been cut.
Quetzal Montezuma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dzoko Dzoker.

Montezuma cracks Dzoker with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Montezuma has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dzoker to stand back up!

Montezuma cracks Dzoker's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Dzoker slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Montezuma can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Quetzal Montezuma!
