Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rostam Xerxes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Sapp. Beautiful body shot.
Xerxes gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Rostam Xerxes has been cut.
Sapp fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Xerxes manages to avoid it.
Rostam Xerxes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xerxes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sapp swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Sapp connects with a body shot that sends Xerxes's belly button to the back.
Xerxes swats away the attempt to clinch by Sapp.
Sapp throws a jab but it's blocked by Xerxes.
Sapp doesn't manage to clinch there - Xerxes circles away.
Sapp moves in looking to clinch but Xerxes pushes him off.
Sapp catches Xerxes with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A swing and a miss from Xerxes.
A telegraphed right hand from Sapp misses the target.
Sapp throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Xerxes misses with a body shot.
Xerxes misses with a few strikes there.
Xerxes cracks Sapp with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Xerxes lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Xerxes throws a body punch but Sapp moves out of range.
Xerxes catches Sapp with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like Bob Sapp has been cut.
Sapp takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Xerxes lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Xerxes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sapp.
Danga de danga de dang - Sapp scores with a four punch combination!
Xerxes swings for the body but Sapp moves out of range.
Sapp throws out a counter right but Xerxes avoids it with no problem.
Sapp misses with a body shot.
Sapp takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Xerxes is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Xerxes throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Xerxes looks to land a combination but Sapp avoids it well.
Xerxes throws the left hand but Sapp avoids the punch easily.
Xerxes jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sapp misses the shot to the body.
Sapp misses with a straight left.
Xerxes appears to be looking for a big counter.
Sapp throws a hook to the side of Xerxes's head but Xerxes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sapp cracks Xerxes with a good jab.

Rostam Xerxes's cut is getting worse.
Xerxes is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sapp throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sapp bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Xerxes's head.

Rostam Xerxes's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Sapp displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Jeez, Rostam Xerxes's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Xerxes looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A big right from Xerxes misses.
Xerxes moves out of range of the strikes.
Sapp cracks a nice hook into Xerxes's ribs.
Xerxes takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rostam Xerxes's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
