Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Timo Tarkkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tarkkonen comes to the cage accompanied by Konvehdinmussutajat - Älä lyö naamaan. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarkkonen throws a series of punches but Escobar moves out of range.
Escobar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Escobar thows a huge punch but Tarkkonen dodges it nicely.
Escobar is controlling the pace.
Tarkkonen looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tarkkonen is looking to control Escobar's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tarkkonen avoid being mounted?
Escobar is working for a submission of some sort.
Tarkkonen wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tarkkonen is refusing to be controlled, as Escobar sits in half guard.

Escobar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tarkkonen's head.
Escobar wants to work for an arm triangle but Tarkkonen is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tarkkonen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Escobar's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Escobar's back!

Tarkkonen wants to control the position but Escobar frees himself and scrambles - Tarkkonen manages to regain control in side control.
Escobar tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tarkkonen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Escobar is trying to control Tarkkonen's posture but Tarkkonen avoids it.
Escobar is trying to improve his position.
Escobar wants to control but Tarkkonen postures up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Tarkkonen looks to score with a jab to the body but Escobar is just out of range.
Tarkkonen misses with a body shot.
A swing and a miss from Tarkkonen.
Escobar fails to land the takedown.
Tarkkonen just misses with a punch to the body.
Escobar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tarkkonen tries to avoid it but Escobar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tarkkonen to the ground. Tarkkonen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A combination from Tarkkonen does no damage.
Tarkkonen throws a right hand that Escobar ducks under and follows up with a left that Escobar also avoids with ease.
Tarkkonen is breathing heavily.
Escobar looks for a takedown but Tarkkonen sprawls well.
Timo Tarkkonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Escobar.

Tarkkonen tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Tarkkonen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Escobar on the ground.
Escobar wants to control from the top but Tarkkonen keeps moving.

Escobar drops back looking for a leg! Tarkkonen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tarkkonen manages to kick Escobar off! Escobar jumps back into Tarkkonen's guard.
Escobar won't allow Tarkkonen to sweep him here.
Escobar prevents Tarkkonen from getting back to his feet.
Escobar is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Escobar pushes down on Tarkkonen's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Escobar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Escobar seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tarkkonen is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
