Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yolo Romero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenny Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yolo Romero!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenny Knight!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knight manages to avoid it.
It seemed like Knight was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Knight has closed the distance and engaged Romero in a clinch.
Romero lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Knight or not.
Knight tries a body shot but Romero blocks it.
Knight lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Romero backwards.
Romero misses with a body punch.
Knight misses with a punch on the inside.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Romero.
Knight doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Knight tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Romero just stands there and leans against the ropes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knight tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Knight ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Knight no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Knight has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Romero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Romero got a little sloppy there for a moment and Knight has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Romero has managed to get both his arms back between Knight's legs - danger averted.
Romero is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
