Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pertti Silsa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baraka Simengwa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silsa's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Candy by Robbie Williams. Simengwa has chosen Afande Sele feat Ditto - Darubini kali as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simengwa throws a right hand that misses
and Silsa counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Simengwa thinking.
Simengwa misses with a looping right.
Pertti Silsa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simengwa throws a lazy right hand but Silsa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Silsa misses with an uppercut
and Simengwa counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Silsa looks to land a right hand but Simengwa moved out of range.
Silsa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Donk. Silsa catches Simengwa right on the button with a cross.
Silsa misses with an uppercut. Simengwa saw that one coming.
Silsa throws a solid leg kick but Simengwa takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Silsa.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silsa looks to throw the jab but Simengwa is out of range.

Silsa drops Simengwa with a big left hand and mounts him. Simengwa is in big trouble!

Simengwa is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Silsa has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Silsa is keen to just control but Simengwa is a slippery customer.

Silsa maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Simengwa could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Silsa has cracked it and Simengwa is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Silsa!
