The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hemmo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Kingsley tried to counter with a leg kick but Hemmo avoided it.

Kingsley lands a really nice looking cross but Hemmo seems unphased.
Kingsley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kingsley. Hemmo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kingsley takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kingsley scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hemmo in his tracks.

Kingsley misses with a hook. Hemmo ducked under it nicely.
Kingsley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hemmo.

Hemmo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Hemmo does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hemmo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kingsley.
Kingsley is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Kingsley connects with a leg kick. Hemmo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hemmo lands a jab-cross combination.
Kingsley misses the shot to the body.
Kingsley moves out of range of the strikes.
Hemmo dives in and grabs Kingsley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kingsley pushes down on Hemmo's head and hops out.
Hemmo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kingsley looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kingsley looks to land a body kick but Hemmo moved away.
Hemmo drops Kingsley with a beautiful combination! Kingsley stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hemmo is looking for the KO!
Kingsley is rocked!
Kingsley takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Kingsley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Some wild striking there from Hemmo.
Crack! Hemmo connects with the perfect overhand right and Kingsley falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Hemmo!

Paha Hemmo was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
