Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mantak Cebu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Taibo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mantak Cebu has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mantak Cebu seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cebu lands a front kick.
Cebu cracks Taibo with a right hand to the side of the head.
Taibo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cebu but Cebu pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cebu stuffs the takedown attempt from Taibo. Taibo gets slowly back to his feet.
We've been told by Cebu's head coaches at Tayne's 4d3d3d3 Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Taibo shoots for a takedown but Cebu saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mantak Cebu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Taibo.

Cebu swats away the attempt to clinch by Taibo.
Taibo shoots in but Cebu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cebu fires out a quick counter leg kick but Taibo just manages to avoid it.
Taibo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cebu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A slapping body kick lands there for Cebu.

Taibo wants to counter with a clinch but Cebu pushes him away.

Cebu scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Taibo doesn't seem bothered though.
Taibo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cebu as he jumps to the side.

Cebu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Taibo.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cebu.
Taibo moves out of range of the body kick from Cebu.
Alex Taibo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cebu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Cebu drops Taibo with a naaaaasty hook - Taibo is in real trouble here! Cebu dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

A less than humble Mantak Cebu misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
