Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Fortson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivor Biggen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Biggen has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ivor Biggen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ivor Biggen! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fortson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Biggen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Biggen slaps away a takedown attempt from Fortson, before circling back to the center of the mat. Fortson moves into the clinch. Fortson manages to break the clinch.
Fortson swings away with a leg kick that misses. Fortson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Fortson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Fortson. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fortson lands a jab to the nose. Fortson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Fortson tries to land a leg kick but Biggen saw it coming and moves away.

Fortson goes for a double leg but Biggen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Biggen continues to drive forward. Biggen has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Biggen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fortson. Biggen wants to counter with a clinch but Fortson pushes him away. Fortson shoots in looking for a takedown. Biggen tries to sprawl out of it but Fortson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Biggen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fortson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fortson lands in his opponent's guard. Fortson throws a big elbow that misses. Fortson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Biggen on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Biggen has a closed guard, preventing Fortson from standing up. Fortson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Fortson has closed the distance and engaged Biggen in a clinch.
Fortson wants to break the clinch but can't.
Biggen blocks a body shot from Fortson. Biggen fails to pull guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fortson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Fortson scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Fortson forces Biggen back against the cage and clinches. Fortson jumps guard but Biggen stands there with Fortson around his waist. Fortson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Fortson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fortson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Biggen leaves Fortson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fortson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Biggen as he avoids it easily. Biggen keeps the fight on the outside. Fortson pushes Biggen up against the cage in a clinch. A frustrated look appears on Fortson's face as he tries to break the clinch. Fortson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Biggen walks away with a smile on his face. Fortson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Fortson moves into the clinch. Fortson is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Biggen is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Fortson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fortson jumps guard but Biggen turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fortson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Biggen avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Fortson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Biggen smiles and moves away.

Nope, Biggen circles away and we're back to standing. Fortson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Fortson fails to land the takedown. Fortson goes for a double leg but Biggen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Biggen continues to drive forward. Biggen looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Fortson is striking from the bottom but Biggen uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fortson wants to get back to full guard but Biggen has mounted him! Biggen looking to control but Fortson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Fortson is in all sorts of trouble here.
Biggen landing shots from mount. Ivor Biggen has got the better of the ground game so far. Biggen trying to control but he's not successful this time. Biggen might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fortson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Biggen looking to ground and pound but Fortson is blocking nicely. Fortson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Biggen looking to finish with strikes here!
Fortson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Biggen is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Fortson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Fortson wants to hold on but Biggen pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivor Biggen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Fortson is trying to force a seperation but Biggen has the dominant position. Fortson is trying to push Biggen away but Biggen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Fortson tries to score a body lock takedown but Biggen shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Fortson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Biggen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Biggen wants a takedown but no success here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Biggen on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Fortson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Biggen.
Fortson is struggling to control the position. Fortson can't break the clinch.
The referee calls for Fortson to work.
Fortson displaying some good clinch control by pressing Biggen up against the cage. Biggen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Fortson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Biggen pinned against the cage. Biggen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Biggen feints the counter takedown. Fortson rushes Biggen and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fortson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Biggen backwards. Fortson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

And that's the end of the fight! Sean Fortson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Fortson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
