The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
RocknRolla cracks Roberts with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
RocknRolla takes one to the chin there.

It looks like The RocknRolla has been cut.
RocknRolla throws a series of punches but Roberts moves out of range.
Roberts tries to clinch there but RocknRolla circles away.
Ray Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Roberts misses.
RocknRolla dips to his left and cracks Roberts with an uppercut!
RocknRolla connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Sloppy strikes from Roberts. Those never looked like landing.

Nice uppercut lands for RocknRolla. That snapped Roberts's head back.
RocknRolla cracks Roberts with an open hand slap.

Roberts lunges at RocknRolla with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by RocknRolla's hand.
Roberts looks to land a combination but RocknRolla avoids it well.

Roberts looks to land a right hand but RocknRolla moved out of range.
RocknRolla throws a sloppy head kick and Roberts moves out of range easily.
RocknRolla keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Roberts counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Roberts feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends RocknRolla sprawling to the canvas! RocknRolla rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Roberts finish him?!

RocknRolla swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Roberts fakes high and swings low for a body shot but RocknRolla manages to avoid it.
RocknRolla connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Roberts drops RocknRolla with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but RocknRolla looks back up at him and smiles so Roberts waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

RocknRolla seems to have recovered his senses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Roberts counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

After winning the bout, Ray Roberts thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
