Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Josh Fardy and Carlos Shirahama. Fardy comes to the cage accompanied by Smack My Bitch Up. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 2 losses; Josh Fardy! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 2 losses; Carlos Shirahama!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Fardy is trying to drag Shirahama to the mat but Shirahama just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Fardy is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Shirahama can't fight it off and eventually Fardy manages to take the fight to the floor. Shirahama looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Fardy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Shirahama is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Fardy has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Fardy!

Fardy takes the fight on points by 10 to 7.
