Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rufus Dreyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joshua Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Rufus Dreyer has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Rufus Dreyer seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rufus Dreyer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joshua Brown!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dreyer misses with the combination.
Brown swinging wilding here.
Dreyer works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Dreyer clinches.
Dreyer tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Dreyer's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Brown should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Dreyer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Brown gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Brown is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Brown goes for a takedown attempt but Dreyer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dreyer misses with a series of wild punches.
Brown looks to clinch
and Brown takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Brown seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Dreyer shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Brown is backing up but Dreyer catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Brown covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Dreyer Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rufus Dreyer!
