The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yarrow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice uppercut lands for Yarrow . That snapped Mays's head back.

Yarrow wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mays pulls guard effortlessly.
Yarrow is pushing down on Mays's leg trying to pass to half guard. Mays is fighting to maintain full guard but Yarrow has managed to sneak the leg through.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rudy Mays will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
