The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fuujin instigates a clinch.

Chandler lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Fuujin.
I was talking to Chandler's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Chandler throws the kick towards the body but Fuujin avoids it.
Fuujin moves out of range of the strikes.

Chandler throws the left hand but Fuujin avoids the punch easily.

Fuujin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chandler.
Fuujin bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chandler's head.
Good leg kick by Fuujin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Oh Chandler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Marcus Chandler is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fuujin throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Fuujin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Chandler connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fuujin scrambles back to his feet.
Fuujin drops Chandler with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Chandler! Fuujin dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kazuka Fuujin!
After winning the bout, Kazuka Fuujin thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
