Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, The Sun God Ra!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Ra rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but White moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
White throws a right and a left that both miss.

White closes the distance and pushes Ra back into the cage.

White breaks the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Ra clinches with his opponent.
White misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ra.
Ra stalling in the clinch but White improves position.
Ra lands a knee to the body.
Ra is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. White is defending well for now.

White lands an elbow that stopped Ra in his tracks for a moment.

White cracks Ra with a nice body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

White gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Ra looks like he's trying to stand up.
White thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
White takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Ra is looking to escape.
White seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ra does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
White is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Ra is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
White takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ra is trying to stand up.
White punching from mount but Ra doing a good job of avoiding damage.

White looking to control but Ra is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
White lands a big shot there that rocks Ra but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

White prevents Ra from getting the reversal.
Ra wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by White.

Ra can't escape the position.
White misses with some ground and pound and Ra recovers position to half guard.
White is figuring out what he wants to do next.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Ra tries to clinch there but White circles away.
Ra lands the left hand.

White moves into the clinch successfully.
Ra misses with an elbow strike.

Come on White - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

White throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ra paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ra's jab looks to have found its range, popping White under the eye.
Ra fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ra lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
White lands with a nice combination. Ra backs away looking to recover.

It looks like The Sun God Ra has been cut.
White wants to clinch.
White paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ra dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ra jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A telegraphed right hand from White misses the target.

Ra throws a big overhand right that connects, sending White tumbling to the canvas!


White is rocked!
White has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ra gets to his feet and stands over White, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! White felt that one! Ra unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save White from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Sun God Ra!
The Sun God Ra bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
