Edgar comes to the cage accompanied by Kick In The Door. Alexander Koreshkov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Koreshkov!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar misses with a straight left.
We've been hearing reports that Edgar has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Edgar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Koreshkov.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big strike lands for Koreshkov! That's really hurt Edgar and he's turned his back - Koreshkov keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Koreshkov jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
