Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Francisco Winters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarred Jarrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarrett has chosen Can't be touched as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Francisco Winters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jarred Jarrett!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winters tries to clinch up.
Winters steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jarrett.

Winters tries to keep at a distance but Jarrett has taken the fight into the clinch.
Winters can't get the takedown.
Jarrett tries to break the clinch but Winters is controlling the position.
Winters tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jarrett just stands there and leans against the cage.
Winters has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Winters keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jarrett's efforts to push away.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Jarrett has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Winters tries to score a body lock takedown but Jarrett shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Francisco Winters. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Winters has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jarrett avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Winters is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jarrett is defending well.

Winters gets control of Jarrett's arms and successfully pulls guard. Winters will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Jarrett tries to stand but Winters is controlling from the bottom.
Winters wants to control the position but Jarrett says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Winters has a hand on Jarrett's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Jarrett takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Winters wants to hold on but Jarrett pushes him away.
Winters is wriggling around trying to escape.
Winters is working hard here to advance position.

Jarrett is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Winters drives through with a takedown into guard.
Winters has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Jarrett wants to stand and escape but Winters is having none of it.

Jarrett kicks Winters off and gets to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Winters steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jarrett.
Jarrett throws a big shot that misses.
Winters ducks right into an uppercut from Jarrett.

Francisco Winters's cut is getting worse.
Jarrett is stalking Winters. Winters circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Jarrett, and it's lights out! Winters really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
