Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karter Kinshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durden comes into the arena with The Dust Brothers - This Is Your Life blaring out of the sound system. Karter Kinshaw has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Durden!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Karter Kinshaw!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durden takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Durden tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kinshaw is able to avoid easily.
Durden misses with a hook. Kinshaw ducked under it nicely.
Kinshaw swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kinshaw swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Durden.
Durden throws a head kick but Kinshaw moves out of range.
Durden connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kinshaw momentarily.
A left and a right from Kinshaw both land. Nice combination.
Kinshaw jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Durden throws a head kick but Kinshaw moves out of range.
Kinshaw comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kinshaw throws a poor cross that misses
letting Durden counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kinshaw drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Kinshaw scores with a crisp jab that stopped Durden in his tracks.
Durden swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Durden showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kinshaw.
Kinshaw misses with a looping right.
Durden fires out a quick counter leg kick but Kinshaw just manages to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kinshaw lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Durden fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kinshaw has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kinshaw lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kinshaw.
Durden takes one to the chin there.
An inside leg kick from Durden misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kinshaw! But no joy.
Kinshaw goes for a high kick. It partially lands.


Durden is rocked!


It looks like Tyler Durden has been cut.
Kinshaw misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oh Durden is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Durden lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Durden seems to have got his legs back now.
Durden connects with a solid leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Durden takes a swing at Kinshaw's ribcage but misses.
Kinshaw misses with a wild body shot.
Durden lands with a kick to the temple. Kinshaw shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Durden slips a straight right by Kinshaw.
Durden misses with a kick to the body.
Durden scores with a hook to the body. Kinshaw takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kinshaw tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kinshaw rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Durden counters with a nice leg kick.
Kinshaw jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Durden digs a good body shot into Kinshaw's ribs.
Durden shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Durden throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kinshaw stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kinshaw gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Durden.
Durden's corner calls for a 1-2. Durden obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.


Kinshaw is rocked!
Kinshaw throws a left and a right that both miss
and Durden counters with a huge left! Kinshaw is in big trouble! He's backing up but Durden isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Kinshaw from any more damage. A dominating finish by Durden!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyler Durden!
Tyler Durden retains his lightweight title!
Our winner, Tyler Durden, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
