Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peter Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Jellybelly! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jellybelly stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet. Jellybelly tries a head kick but it misses.

Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Gracie blocks a head kick by Jellybelly.
A combination from Gracie does no damage. Jellybelly connects with a high kick. Jellybelly tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jellybelly lands with a nice body kick. Jellybelly throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gracie's head. Crunch! Jellybelly slams his shin into Gracie's torso. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jellybelly stuffs the takedown. Jack Jellybelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jellybelly thows a body kick. Gracie tries to catch it but that hurt him. Gracie is breathing heavily. Jellybelly thuds his shin into the meat of Gracie's side. Jellybelly throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Jellybelly takes the fight into the clinch. Jellybelly's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jellybelly plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
That's one minute gone in the round. Jellybelly closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Jellybelly performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Gracie looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jellybelly trying to control the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Despite being in the dominant position, Jack Jellybelly just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gracie shoots for a takedown but Jellybelly saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jellybelly sizes up Gracie with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jellybelly lands a front kick. Jellybelly throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gracie's head. Jellybelly lands with a slapping head kick. Jellybelly throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gracie's head. Jellybelly lands a head kick!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jellybelly shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gracie's guard. Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jellybelly can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Jellybelly dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Gracie chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jellybelly can pounce on him.
Jellybelly moves into the clinch. Gracie is trying to drag Jellybelly to the mat but Jellybelly just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Jellybelly is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jellybelly down to the mat. Jellybelly avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. A nice combination there by Jellybelly.
Jellybelly throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Gracie is rocked! Jellybelly scores with a kick to the midsection. Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jellybelly has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jellybelly fakes the leg kick and cracks Gracie in the body. Gracie seems to have got his legs back now. The fighters circle, before Jellybelly throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Gracie's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Jellybelly lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Jack Jellybelly!
