Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riku keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Riku has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Riku there as he acknowledges the shot.
McIntyre misses with an attempted mid kick.

Riku tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McIntyre was well out of range. Poor timing from Riku.

Riku let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

and Riku counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
McIntyre wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Riku uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McIntyre.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

As Riku looks to move away, McIntyre throws a big counter combo but Riku just gets out of the way.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Riku might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, McIntyre has got the better of the exchanges.

McIntyre looks to land a combination. Riku sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. McIntyre moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Riku! McIntyre continues to tee off on Riku, landing with a left and a right! McIntyre connects with a right hand that leaves Riku sleeping against the cage! What a finish by McIntyre!
