Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Alvin Aguilar and Delphino Atlantis. Aguilar comes into the arena with Drector's Cut by Kamikazee blaring out of the sound system. Atlantis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Prodigy - Firestarter kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 2 losses; Delphino Atlantis!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Aguilar tries to keep at a distance but Atlantis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Atlantis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Aguilar pulls his leg out and moves away.

We've been hearing good reports from Aguilar's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Atlantis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Atlantis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Atlantis sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Aguilar doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Atlantis paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Aguilar - great work!
