Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zack Huber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarod Bressler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarod Bressler will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zack Huber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Jarod Bressler!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bressler goes for a double leg but Huber avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Huber continues to drive forward.

Huber shoots in and bounces Bressler off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Huber gets to his feet - Bressler follows without any prompting.
Bressler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Huber sprawls well. Huber wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bressler gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Huber closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bressler's guard.
Bressler wants to get back to his feet but Huber passes into half guard.

Huber is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Huber is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bressler doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Huber.

Huber decides to return to a standing position.

Bressler shoots in for a takedown but Huber shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Huber was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Zack Huber has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jarod Bressler.
Huber takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Huber feints and as Bressler raises his hands in defense, Huber changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bressler is wriggling around but Huber manages to pass to half guard.

Huber is controlling the pace.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Huber decides to stand up, so the ref orders Bressler to his feet.

Bressler gets caught flat footed, as Huber shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Huber not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Huber with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Huber could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Huber seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Bressler fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Huber, pushing him back against the cage.

Huber gets control of Bressler's arms and successfully pulls guard. Huber will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Huber is looking for a triangle here but Bressler uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huber is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Bressler has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Huber is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Huber manages to get to full guard.
Bressler passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Huber manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Bressler is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Huber pulls his head out easily.

Huber has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Huber decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Huber closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Huber lands in his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Huber.
Bressler throws a sloppy head kick and Huber moves out of range easily.

Huber seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bressler for as long as he can get away with.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Huber looks for a takedown but Bressler sprawls well.

Huber pulls Bressler into guard.

Huber is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Bressler rolls with it to try and escape but Huber cranks on the arm and Bressler is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Zack Huber!
Jarod Bressler spoke after the fight, saying 'Well this sucks. I know I left it all out there and that's all I could do he just out did me. But we got this next one'.
