Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Galvao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sandayu Momochi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galvao gets caught flat footed, as Momochi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Galvao is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Momochi defends well.

Galvao has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Momochi is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Galvao.

Galvao got a little sloppy there for a moment and Momochi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Galvao has managed to get both his arms back between Momochi 's legs - danger averted.
