The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Diaz finds it's way round the side to connect with Bishop's head.
A telegraphed right hand from Bishop misses the target.

Diaz tries to escape but Bishop is in control.
Diaz tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
You get the feeling that Diaz really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Bishop gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Diaz looks to land a left hand but Bishop moved out of range nicely.

Diaz throws the left hand but Bishop avoids the punch easily.
Diaz looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Diaz throws an elbow that misses. Bishop uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Diaz's guard. Nice move by Bishop!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bishop pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Diaz shoots in and bounces Bishop off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Diaz chips away with some ground and pound.

Bishop is rocked!
Diaz stands up over Bishop, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Baron Diaz dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Diaz drops Bishop with a huge uppercut! Bishop drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Diaz is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Baron Diaz!
