Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lars Ricken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shinji Nishimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ricken throws a solid leg kick but Nishimura takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Ricken.

Nishimura should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nishimura looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ricken is fending him off so far but Nishimura persists. Nope, Ricken circles away and we're back to standing.
