The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorman gets cracked with a nice right hand there by MacLeod.
MacLeod takes a swing at Gorman's ribcage but misses.
MacLeod has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gorman is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Gorman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

It looks like Connor MacLeod has been cut.
MacLeod wants a takedown.
MacLeod is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Gorman pulls him back up using the underhooks.
MacLeod has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gorman avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Gorman drops MacLeod with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but MacLeod looks back up at him and smiles so Gorman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

MacLeod throws a nice looking combination but Gorman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Gorman doesn't manage to clinch there - MacLeod circles away.
Gorman drops MacLeod with a big left hand! MacLeod is injured, injured bad! Gorman jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

In his post fight interview, Bartley Gorman started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
