Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isaac Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Mont (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacques Mont will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mont drives through with a takedown into Malone's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Mont is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Malone can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Mont. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Malone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mont gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Malone is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mont pulls his head out easily.
Malone tries to kick Mont off but Mont keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Mont is nestled in close to Malone, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mont connects with a nice short shot to Malone's temple.

Mont swats away the attempt to clinch by Malone.

Malone on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mont. Mont obviously looking to wear him down.

Mont throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Malone was covering up waiting for the punch and Mont finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Malone has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Mont has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Mont lands a left hand that snaps the head of Malone backwards.

Mont takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Well Mont has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
