The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lesmono closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lesmono works his way into side control.

Lesmono decides to stand back up.
Lesmono's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lesmono's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Stewert throws a right and a left that Lesmono avoids nicely.
Jackson Stewert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stewert misses with a few strikes there.

Lesmono moves into the clinch.
Stewert could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lesmono pulls Stewert into guard.

Stewert content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Lesmono has locked up a guillotine! Lesmono's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Stewert is holding on here and Lesmono must be using up a lot of energy. Stewert has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Lesmono gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
