Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Kravichenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Vass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Oleg Kravichenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Daniel Vass!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vass slips a straight right by Kravichenko.
Vass drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Vass fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kravichenko has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Vass ducks right into an uppercut from Kravichenko.
Kravichenko closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Vass to the mat! Vass manages to get full guard.

Kravichenko drops back looking for a leg! Vass is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vass manages to kick Kravichenko off! Kravichenko jumps back into Vass's guard.

Kravichenko is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vass is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Kravichenko definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kravichenko postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Kravichenko misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Kravichenko throws an elbow but Vass slips to the side and avoids it well.

Kravichenko tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kravichenko has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kravichenko is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Vass is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Vass flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kravichenko anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Vass and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kravichenko slips an arm under Vass chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kravichenko has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kravichenko is squeezing on Vass like an anaconda would it's prey. Vass fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Oleg Kravichenko!
Our winner, Oleg Kravichenko, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
