The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Brown would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Brown avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Brown postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Wolf is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brown, into his guard.

Brown has his foot on Wolf's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wolf works his way back into a safe position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brown has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Wolf is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Brown.

Oh but Brown is tightening it up a little... Wolf has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Wolf reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Wolf taps out! Nice BJJ there by Brown!

A determined Bill Brown didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
