Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Erwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Affion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Affion is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Joseph Jones and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erwin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
No luck for Affion with that takedown attempt.
Erwin stuffs the takedown attempt from Affion. Affion gets slowly back to his feet.
Erwin cracks Affion with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Erwin throws a body shot but no joy.
Erwin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Affion backs up against the cage.
Affion misses with a takedown attempt
and Erwin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tyler Erwin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Affion.
Sloppy strikes from Erwin. Those never looked like landing.
Affion looks to score with a jab to the body but Erwin is just out of range.

Affion has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Affion there as he acknowledges the shot.

Erwin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Affion tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Erwin lands with a good body shot.
Erwin misses with a double jab.
Erwin scores with a decent looking hook.
Erwin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Affion on the side of the head.
Erwin is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Erwin, as that shot connected.
Erwin fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Tommy Affion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice shot by Erwin.
Affion tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Erwin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Affion needs to keep his hands up - Erwin had a free shot at his head there.

Affion is rocked!

Affion gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Erwin points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Affion wakes up just in time to hear Erwin thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
