Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between George Ringo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirty Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dirty Dog!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dog clinches.

Dog tries to stall but Ringo uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Dog is trying to maintain a safe position but Ringo gets an underhook and turns Dog into the ropes.
Dog is looking to break free of the clinch but Ringo has double underhooks.

Ringo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dog backwards.

Dog breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Dog tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ringo is able to avoid easily.

George Ringo's cut is getting worse.
Dog creates a bit of distance and cracks Ringo with a big uppercut! Ringo goes down! The referee pushes Dog away into a neutral corner and starts the count. 4,5,6,7. Will Ringo make it up in time? He's still flopping around all over the place! The referee has called off the fight! Dog takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Dirty Dog!
In defeat, George Ringo stepped up to the mic, saying 'Paul is alive, but I'm not so sure I am.'.
