Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wilmer Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wilmer Spencer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Super Loco!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Loco shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Spencer's guard.
Loco controls from within his opponent's guard.
Spencer is trying to keep Loco in close.
Loco stays in close to Spencer's body and controls the position.
Spencer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spencer wants to sweep here but Loco controlling him for the moment.

Spencer is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Loco presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Loco has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Spencer uses from the top position.
Spencer with a flurry of punches that miss.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Spencer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Spencer chips away with some ground and pound.
Loco has his hands on Spencer's head, controlling the position.
Spencer stands up over Loco, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Spencer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Spencer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Loco works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Spencer throws a strike but Loco rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Loco stays in close to Spencer's body and controls the position.
Spencer wants to control the position but Loco says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Spencer wants to get back to full guard.

Loco is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Spencer tries to kick Loco off in order to stand up. Loco Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Spencer can't do much from the bottom here.
Spencer is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The referee asks Loco politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Loco prefers to stall for the moment though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Loco has control of an arm but Spencer manages to advance to Loco's back!

Loco is trying to get back to his feet but Spencer has full control of the position and if anything, Loco has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Loco looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Spencer throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Wilmer Spencer will probably get the nod.

Loco is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Spencer's half guard.
Loco winds up and cracks Spencer with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Spencer is looking to improve his position.

Loco prevents Spencer from improving his position.
Spencer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Loco is working away from the top position though.

Loco seems to be working for a kimura but Spencer defends the submission attempt.
Loco winds up and cracks Spencer with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Spencer manages to get to full guard.
Loco slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Loco won't allow Spencer to sweep him here.
Loco looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Spencer has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Loco is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Loco is breathing heavily.

Spencer jumps guard but Loco turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Spencer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Loco smiles and moves away.
Spencer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Loco tries to keep at a distance but Spencer has taken the fight into the clinch.
Spencer is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Loco to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wilmer Spencer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Loco has picked Spencer up - he's going for a ride! Loco dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Loco takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Loco lands a nice short elbow.
Spencer is looking for a sweep. Loco is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, if Loco is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

A close second round but Super Loco will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Loco takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Spencer is looking to regain half guard here but Loco keeps moving and retains side control.
Spencer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Loco is staying tight to Spencer's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Loco is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Spencer has escaped the position, nice work there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Loco takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Spencer is looking to reverse the position.

The ground and pound from Loco seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
You can see the frustration on Spencer's face as Loco controls the position.
Spencer tries to buck Loco off but Loco is having none of it.
Spencer can't do much from the bottom here.
Spencer manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Loco holds on and takes a little breather.
Spencer postures up in Loco's guard and throws a big left but Loco blocks it.

Loco shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spencer manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Spencer wants to improve his position but instead Loco has moved into half guard.
Spencer is trying to control but can't.
Loco is taking a breather. Spencer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Super Loco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Loco has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
