The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Grande changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ford tries to avoid it but La Grande manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ford to the ground. Ford escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
La Grande dives in for a single leg takedown but Ford sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Ford now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Ford has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Ford reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ford taps out! Nice BJJ there by La Grande!
