Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Booker McQuade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neymar Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McQuade kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eyes of a Ranger. Santos has chosen Garota de Ipanema as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos throws out a loose jab but McQuade uses good head movement to avoid it.
It looked like McQuade wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McQuade crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Santos - the referee stops the clock and McQuade gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Santos. McQuade manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Santos throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
McQuade throws a body punch but Santos moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Santos. McQuade does a little dance to reset his feet.
McQuade throws a shot from downtown. Santos moves away and avoids it.
Santos tries to counter with a clinch but McQuade shakes him off and moves away.

Santos thuds his right hand into McQuade's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Santos stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

McQuade fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Santos looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Santos throws a sloppy head kick and McQuade moves out of range easily.
McQuade throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Santos throws a hook but McQuade blocks it.
Santos tries to bum rush McQuade with a series of wild strikes but McQuade uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

McQuade takes the fight into the clinch.

It looks like Neymar Santos has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McQuade tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Santos avoids it.
Santos pushes McQuade against the cage and as McQuade bounces back, Santos cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! Santos follows up with more strikes but McQuade was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!
