And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zill McSwish!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McSwish moves into the clinch.

McSwish ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. McSwish no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
McSwish wants to sweep but no luck.

McSwish utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cirkunov has gone for a leg lock! McSwish slips out almost immediately though and dives into Cirkunov's guard.

McSwish looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
McSwish is thwarting Cirkunov's attempts to control the position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

McSwish fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cirkunov sprawls well initially but McSwish persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
McSwish tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Cirkunov.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cirkunov has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics McSwish uses from the top position.

McSwish wants to control from the top but Cirkunov keeps moving.
McSwish must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
McSwish wants to control from the top but Cirkunov keeps moving.
Cirkunov controls McSwish momentarily but McSwish frees himself.

Cirkunov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now McSwish is on top in guard.
