The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu thuds a left hand into Ljotic's body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ljotic.
Yu catches Ljotic with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Ljotic has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ljotic changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Yu fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Ljotic closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Yu to the mat! Yu manages to get full guard.

Ljotic has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Yu is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Yu tries to bench press Ljotic off him but Ljotic keeps the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ljotic is trying to trip Yu. He has hold of a leg but Yu is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ljotic persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Ljotic postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Yu looks a forlorn figure.

Ljotic loads up with a big shot that hurts Yu! He's pulled Ljotic in close but Ljotic has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Yu survive? More strikes from Ljotic and Yu is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
