Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank McDougal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Toretto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank McDougal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dominic Toretto!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDougal dives in and grabs Toretto's left leg, looking for a takedown. Toretto pushes down on McDougal's head and hops out.
Toretto wants to counter with a clinch but McDougal pushes him away.

McDougal takes the fight into the clinch.
McDougal is looking for a takedown.
McDougal fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank McDougal. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Toretto ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Toretto no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

McDougal drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McDougal jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

McDougal is nestled in close to Toretto, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

McDougal looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Toretto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McDougal. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McDougal wants to control but Toretto is keeping him busy.

McDougal slips a nice elbow through Toretto's hands, connecting with Toretto's forehead.

Toretto is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but McDougal pulls his head out easily.

McDougal wants to work for an arm triangle but Toretto is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
McDougal seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Toretto does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

McDougal moves into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McDougal rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Toretto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Toretto manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. McDougal keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Toretto is looking for a takedown up against the cage. McDougal gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Toretto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Toretto is looking for a takedown.
Frank McDougal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominic Toretto.
McDougal is trying to pull guard but Toretto turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Toretto is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. McDougal can't fight it off and eventually Toretto manages to take the fight to the floor. McDougal looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Frank McDougal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toretto lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McDougal tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Toretto defends well and McDougal ends up having to push Toretto into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Dominic Toretto showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

McDougal has Toretto up against the cage in a clinch.

McDougal wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Toretto - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A frustrated look appears on McDougal's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Toretto jumps guard and drags McDougal to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

McDougal stands up and beckons Toretto to join him on the feet.
McDougal will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Toretto wants to counter the offense by McDougal and move into the clinch position.
McDougal misses with a wild combination.
Toretto raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

McDougal has Toretto up against the cage in a clinch.

Toretto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McDougal tries to work over Toretto's front leg with a kick but Toretto checks it.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

McDougal wants to get back to his feet.

Toretto decides to stand up, so the ref orders McDougal to his feet.
McDougal tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Toretto swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank McDougal. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Toretto has managed to clinch.

Toretto's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

McDougal misses with a double jab

and Toretto moves into the clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Toretto manages to pull guard.

Toretto working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McDougal doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McDougal manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

You can see the frustration on Toretto's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Dominic Toretto comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Toretto has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
