The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Scrotus finds it's target.
Green looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Scrotus is fending him off so far but Green persists. Nope, Scrotus circles away and we're back to standing.
Scrotus stuffs the takedown.
Scrotus lands an overhand right.

It looks like Bob Green has been cut.
Scrotus lands a jab to the head.
Scrotus misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Green counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Scrotus avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Green.
Green missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Green trying to mount his opponent but Scrotus defends it.
Green tries to stand and escape but Scrotus is controlling the position.

Green slows the pace down in half guard.
Scrotus tries to roll over but Green keeps him under control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scrotus is trying to control but Green passes into side control!
Green tries to move to mount but Scrotus blocks the move with his legs.

Green is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Scrotus has escaped the position, nice work there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Green works to advance to full mount. Scrotus defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Green is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Scrotus to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Scrotus shrugs it off.
Scrotus has given up his back here.

Scrotus is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Green gets his way!
Scrotus is trying to get back to his feet but Green has full control of the position and if anything, Scrotus has just worked his way into a worse spot.
