Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between El Matador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brayann Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fernandez is defended easily by Matador.

Fernandez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fernandez is looking to stand up but Matador isn't so interested in that idea.

Matador drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Matador jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fernandez seems to have recovered his senses.

Matador postures up in Fernandez's guard and throws a big left but Fernandez blocks it.

Matador postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Fernandez covers up, he's hurt! Matador keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Matador and the ref steps in to end the fight! Matador can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
