Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dwight Clements (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Peck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwight Clements!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robert Peck!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clements lands with a kick to the ribs.

Peck drives through with a takedown into Clements's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Peck gets control of Clements's arms and successfully pulls guard. Peck will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Peck throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Clements works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Peck drops back, looking for a kneebar! Clements looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Clements looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Clements!

Peck tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Clements wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Clements is trying to get an arm triangle but Peck is defending well.
Peck is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Clements is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Robert Peck has got the better of the ground game so far.
Peck sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Clements prevents Peck from standing back up.
Peck scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Clements manages to mount him!
Clements throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Robert Peck showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Peck jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Clements walks away with a smile on his face. Peck gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Robert Peck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clements wants to clinch up but Peck keeps it at a distance.
Peck tries to land a leg kick but Clements saw it coming and moves away.

Peck shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Clements sprawls well. Clements wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Peck gets slowly back to his feet.
Peck takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Clements gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Peck to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Peck throws a strike but Clements rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Peck manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Clements manages to get himself to full guard.

Peck has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Peck has gone for a leg lock! Clements slips out almost immediately though and dives into Peck's guard.

Clements wants to stand but Peck has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Peck tries to roll over but Clements keeps him under control.

Clements is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Peck is just riding it out for now. Clements eventually gives up the hold.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Peck wants to get back to his feet.

Clements decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Dwight Clements has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Robert Peck is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Peck fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Clements to the ground. Peck is now in Clements's guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Robert Peck comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Peck winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
