Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rimario Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mark Hammer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rimario Gracie!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hammer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Hammer is looking for a takedown.

Hammer turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hammer manages to end up in side control.
Gracie struggling a bit here.
Hammer creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gracie sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Gracie manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Hammer winds up and cracks Gracie with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Hammer scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Gracie is pressing down on Hammer's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Hammer lands a couple of digs.
Hammer trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hammer lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Gracie is looking to cinch up a triangle. Hammer throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gracie's body to avoid the submission. Gracie has instead reached around Hammer's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gracie arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Rimario Gracie!
A relieved looking Rimario Gracie thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
